I successfully installed an 8-inch damper, ensuring it was securely positioned and properly aligned with existing systems. Additionally, I installed two new supply ducts to the upstairs area, carefully measuring and cutting to fit the specific requirements. Following the installation, I retested the zoning to confirm that the system was functioning correctly and efficiently. I also checked all dampers to ensure they opened and closed smoothly, verifying that there were no obstructions or malfunctions. This meticulous attention to detail guarantees optimal performance and comfort.
Upon arrival, I assessed the plumbing issue reported by the client. After inspecting the affected area, I identified a significant blockage in the main drain. Despite my best efforts using standard tools and techniques, the blockage proved too stubborn to clear. I recommended a more intensive approach, which would require specialized equipment and additional time. To ensure the job was completed correctly and safely, I decided to reschedule the service for a later date when I could bring the necessary tools and expertise.

Checked damper operation and calibrated zone damper weights and air flow to get more to the upper two levels - complaints of unbalanced temperatures - check zone dampers and showed air flow changes
Completely unwired both zone boards and thermostats stripped wires to proper size and rewired thermostats, zone boards, dampers and equipment low voltage. Once system was completely wired up, tested Dampers, Ducts, Heat and A/C. System operated properly through all test. Checked refrigerant pressures, pressures and temperatures are appropriate for indoor and outdoor weather conditions. Programmed thermostat and set schedule to 75 cool, 70 Heat. Replaced 16x25x1 filter. System is operating properly and is no longer giving communication fault code. Homeowner was not home when leaving, locked back and front door.
Installed bypass board. Unit started throwing alarms. Talked with Jason from rheem and we checked zone board, checked wires, reset and reconfigured thermostat, cannot get system to operate. Put a Honeywell t4 thermostat on temporary so ac will operate. Need to revisit next week to solve and repair problem.
Replaced zone board. Tested, operation is correct

Arrived today due to 2004 Lennox not cooling which is responsible for the entire house.Upon arrival the thermostats were in the off position turned each on finding them to be at 66°, 64°, 65° with desired temperatures of 66°, 74°, 76° dropped temperatures on each thermostat confirming indoor & outdoor equipment were both fully operational.Once operation was determined began diagnostic on the indoor equipment the filter 16x25x1 was slightly discolored but not clogged the filter wasn’t replaced on this visit.Blower motor was fully operational not showing any signs of being intermittent or dropping out.Blower amps were taken finding them to be elevated indicating damage has taken place which means it’s approaching failure if failure transpires will lose functionality to equipment a quote to replace blower motor has been provided.Blower wheel was inspected finding it to be extremely dirty when a blower wheel gets dirty it minimizes the efficiency of equipment along with places a strain on
