DCM9 complete, Heat; (8) 20x20x2, (4) 20x25x2, (3) 16x25x2, (1) 20x25x1, (1) 16x25x1, (1) 16x20x1, (1) 10x45x1 replaced (2) Washable filters cleaned. (1) AX46, (1) AX54, (1) A39, (1) A50 changed. Systems are fully functional with the following exceptions. RTU #1 ( Server/office ), : Straight AC; indoor fan blower motor has seized and will no longer spin. Blower motor photo attached RTU #3 ( offices ) : Gas valve fails to open. Input pressure on gas valve 24 in WC. Gas valve max pressure is 1/2 psi or 14 in WC. Gas regulator has failed. 3/4 in pipe diameter Photo attached System #6 ( Kitchen ) : System is approximately 4 lbs low on R22, pressures are low on both high and low sides. Superheat is extremely elevated. Indoor metering device is a piston while the outdoor fan has a low ambient kit that is keeping the system from freezing. System is 27 years old Request replacement quote for System #6 and RTU #1. Request repair quote for RTU #3 and RTU #1

1. Clean debris from backside of furnace 2. Remove 6” duct from master bedroom on 10” duct: inner liner not connected 3. Connect supply duct in daughters room (new 8” added) outer liner not connected 4. Seal inside of return box at bottom of furnace 5. Needs a 10x6 (master bath) and 10x4 (master toilet) high velocity registers) 6.
