Arrived to No Heat Main Floor : pressure switch was found disconnected Upstairs : Outdoor unit disconnect was in the Off position Both units are functioning as designed
Did 2 System heat maintenance, both operating properly
DCM2 service 2 of 2 Heat completed changed (1) 20x30x1 left (1) 14x20x1 filter, tested system operation’s everything is operating properly at this time attached is Heat maintenance checklist.
Upon arrival completed compressor change out under warranty, recovered all 410A in system, unbraced old compressor and removed from unit. Placed new compressor in, brazed in compressor and new 410A bi-flow filter dryer. Pressure tested to 200 PSI, pulled vacuum below 500 microns. Added 8 pounds of 410A to system, charge is satisfactory both in heat and AC mode, system is much quieter now.
