I installed a new Rheem 3-ton evaporator coil, paired with a 3-ton AC unit and an 80% efficient 75k BTU variable speed gas furnace. The installation included a new return plenum, emergency drain pan, pan safety switch, coil safety switch, thermostat, composite pad, and a line voltage monitor with surge protection. I reconnected the supply plenum, high and low voltage connections, drain line, gas line, vent pipe, and return ducts. After ensuring all connections were secure, I tested the system's heating and cooling operations and set the appropriate refrigerant charge.

I provided a comprehensive quote for a residential plumbing service, detailing the scope of work and associated costs. After the client reviewed and approved the quote, I emailed it back with all necessary information, including payment terms and a proposed timeline. The job involved diagnosing a leak in the kitchen sink, replacing the damaged pipes, and ensuring the area was restored to its original condition. The work was completed efficiently, and the client expressed satisfaction with the service provided.

I recently completed a comprehensive service on a system identified as the "411 - quote system upper level." This involved a thorough inspection and evaluation of the upper-level components of the quote system. I began by assessing the overall functionality and identifying any potential issues. After diagnosing the problem, I proceeded with the necessary repairs and adjustments. This included replacing faulty parts, recalibrating sensors, and ensuring all connections were secure. I also performed a system test to confirm that the repairs were successful and that the system was operating efficiently. I meticulously removed the outdated equipment and all existing ductwork. I then installed new R8 flex duct, ensuring a seamless connection to all existing boots. A new 4” supply duct was installed in the bathroom, enhancing airflow efficiency. Additionally, I installed a new supply boot in the kitchen, along with new floor registers. This comprehensive upgrade improved the overall ventilation system, ensuring optimal performance and comfort.

Completed maintenance, system is operating at manufacturer specifications. System is shy of about a pound of refrigerant.

Checked pressures and delta t for upstairs and downstairs units. Checked blower motor wheel and coil. 17 degrees delta t on both units, both outdoor units are 2013. I arrived to property cages was still on units. Office will reach out to reschedule. I was told cages will be off when I arrive to finish maintenance.

Indoor unit running, outdoor unit on roof top not running due to completely out of Freon. Unit is 15 yrs old recommended replacement. Needs leak checked to find out where leak is.

Water in pan had evaporated, took drain loose and it was clogged, cleared drain, poured water through it, condensation pump operating properly.

Couldn’t access rooftop. Unit not coming on at all.
