Power was off to indoor system. Turned power back on and set thermostat in only ac to prevent heat from operating.

DCM1: AC complete, checked 16x25x4 filter. System is fully functional and operating within manufacturer specifications. Refrigerant pressures and temperatures are appropriate for indoor and outdoor weather conditions. Found system does not have surge protector, talked to homeowner he said he thinks he has a whole home surge protector but is going to call his power company to confirm. If not then he would be interested in having one installed. Maintenance checklist attached. Temp split 18*.

DCM2: AC incomplete, replaced (2) 16x25x1 filters. Front system is operating within manufacturer specifications at this time refrigerant pressures and temperatures are appropriate for indoor and outdoor weather conditions. Found blower wheel dirty and some insulation starting to fall off return duct. Furnace 2019, indoor coils 2017, condenser 2016 Back system is not operational found fan relay stuck closed causing system to run continuously even when system was off, control board has failed only sending 14v when receiving 28v found burn mark on back of control board. Blower wheel is dirty. Unable to check a/c at this time due to control board faults. Furnace 2018, indoor coils 2016, condenser 2016. Talked to homeowner he decided to have comfort advisor give quote on upgrading furnace. Will complete maintenance once system is repaired or replaced. Photos attached. For comfort advisor- system on right in the attic, system not stickered on outdoor.

Replaced 7.5 ton single port cooling coil on twinned Trane 95% gas furnaces for the church office areas. Pressurized and checked refrigerant levels. Checked operation of system and system is running to manufacture specs.

Installed dryer vent covers on 1021 and 1008. Photos attached. Spoke with Steven he asked if we could reschedule 1007 due to it getting late and they had put laundry in told him that we weren’t sure when we would be able to get back out and he said that he would install it himself.

Found ptrap clogged, cleared ptrap and tested unit,operating properly.

Upon arrival homeowner stated she had been feeling symptoms of carbon monoxide poisoning, checked co levels before turning system on 0ppms checked co levels after turning system on and was getting 1ppm. Scoped heat exchanger and found crack on upper cell, tagged furnace and informed homeowner of the potential danger running system in heat mode at this time. Also found gas leak before the meter. Told homeowner she would have to get her gas company to fix it due to it being at the meter. Homeowner decided to have comfort advisor come out tomorrow 1-2. Photos and videos attached.
