Returned today to replace indoor txv, outdoor txv & reversing valve upon arrival recovered 6.56lbs of 410A.Once refrigerant was recovered removed indoor txv and filter drier then blew out line-set with nitrogen and flushed then blew out again.Once confirmed that the line-set was successfully blown out installed new filter drier along with indoor txv. Once finished with indoor repairs removed outdoor txv and reversing valve then re-installed new outdoor txv and reversing valve.Once all repairs were completed performed a pressure test placing 634psi within equipment confirming it was successfully able to hold pressure for 20 minutes confirming there wasn’t any leaks.Next pulled a vacuum down to 460 microns once the vacuum process was completed added factory charge of 6.56lbs of 410A.Lastly tested operation of equipment confirming the indoor & outdoor equipment was properly operating after repairs checking fan amps, compressor amps, capacitor & refrigerant levels confirming they were in s

Removed old equipment and installed new Rheem 3 ton evaporator coil and a/c unit. Installed new thermostat, new coil safety switch and new composite pad for outdoor unit. Reconnected high voltage, low voltage, drain line and support plenum. Tested system operation, set refrigerant charge. Added 3 pounds of r-22 to basement system.

DCM3: AC complete, replaced 16x20x1, 20x20x1 and 18x20x1. All three systems are functioning and refrigerant pressures are appropriate for indoor and outdoor weather conditions. However indoor coils and indoor blower are both dirty on all systems. Photos attached. Installed 3 dryer vents and 3 dryer caps. Cut 4in hole through Sheetrock and siding, installed new dryer cap and vent screwed and caulked dryer cap to exterior wall. Installed flex vent from dryer to vent. All dryers are vented above front porch. Left supplies for them to add vent to new dryer in 1021.

Retuned today to replace compressor, 1 pole contactor & replace 35/5 capacitor on 2021 Rheem under warranty.Upon arrival recovered 6.65lbs of 410A then removed original compressor discovering burnt oil/acid within lines to further elevation removed muffler finding excessive burnt oil/acid within it along with inside of reversing valve as well.Once discovered explained/showed customer findings which I then presented with two options which was replace the reversing valve, TXV on the indoor & outdoor along with muffler and receiver.The next option was blow the lines out with nitrogen along with flush lines and treat compressor which doesn’t guarantee successful outcome expressed with findings it was a 80% chance of malfunction and a 20% no malfunction.Customer decided to hold off on full replacement of additional parts which was quoted then decided to just have line-set blown out, flushed and compressor treated.Once option was decided by homeowner continued repairs going upstairs removing

Performed a single system cooling maintenance on a 2021 Rheem the ODT is 57°.Tested overall operation of equipment confirming the indoor & outdoor equipment was both fully operational.The filter 12x25x1 was discolored along with beginning to clog the filter was replaced along with extra filter was provided for additional cost.Blower motor was fully operational not showing any signs of being intermittent or dropping out.Blower wheel was inspected finding it to be dirty when a blower wheel gets dirty it minimizes the efficiency of equipment along with places a strain on equipment and parts which shortens the lifespan of both a quote has been provided to clean blower wheel.Inspected indoor evaporator coil finding it to be dirty when a indoor evaporator coil gets dirty it minimizes the efficiency of equipment along with can affect the ability to heat/cool properly a quote has been provided to clean indoor evaporator coil.Inspected wires along with connections not finding any broken, damage
