Will need to have some mechanicals to determine the scope of work to quote - job to be permitted - trying to get me to do the design and I stated that they will need to provide - explained that we don’t work for free - someone will need to draw these out - equipment 20+ years, 4 tons?, R22 - system needs to be replaced - waiting for mechanicals

Clean blower wheel and Evaporator Coil cleaning. I explained to club member about evaporator coil cleaning and it’s importance. Club member agreed to clean both today.

Replaced indoor fan control board, cycled unit and checked unit, operating properly at this time

Removed old equipment and installed new Rheem 2 ton a/c with 2 ton evaporator coil and 92% gas furnace. Installed new return plenum with 16x25x4 filter, new coil safety switch, new thermostat, new composite pad and new line voltage monitor for outdoor unit. Reconnected supply plenum, high voltage, low voltage, drain line, gas line, vent pipe and all return ducts. Tested system operations in heating and cooling, set refrigerant charge.

Complete Service for AC on one system. Checked operation and flush drain and drain clear. Recommend a SS2 or a wet switch for water safety. Will shut system to protect home from any water overflow.

Completed single system cooling maintenance, checked filter, operating properly at this time. Estimate for blower wheel cleaning included, needs to be scheduled.

Mini split low Freon, added 1 lb R410A, unit operating properly at this time. Customer chose no leak check.

Today I performed a ac maintenance on two units. Both units are older units. I asked club members will they like for a comfort advisor to come over to discuss about getting a new unit. I explained to Ken about blower wheel cleaning and evaporator cleaning to maintain the system. He’s willing to speak with comfort advisor and see what will be there best option.
