DCM1: AC complete, replaced (2) 20x20x1 filters. System is fully functional and operating within manufacturer specifications at this time. Indoor blower and coils are clean and all volts/amps are in range. Refrigerant pressures and temperatures are appropriate for indoor and outdoor weather conditions. Maintenance checklist attached.

DCM1: AC complete, replaced (2) 16x25x1 filters. System is fully functional and operating within manufacturer specifications. Refrigerant pressures and temperatures are appropriate for indoor and outdoor weather conditions. Noticed homeowner doesn’t have a surge protector offered surge protector to protect main components inside of system from voltage spike and power outages. Talked to homeowner about adding a whole home air purifier/ Uv light to remove allergens from the air and to keep her evaporator coils clean from biological growth. Homeowner decided not to do repairs today.

Refrigerant pressures and temperatures are appropriate for indoor and outdoor weather conditions. Found drain line clogged. Cut drain at outdoor 90 and left coupling unglued if it clogs again vacuum from there. Tested drain, drain is operating as designed. Maintenance checklist and photos attached.

Quoted zoning in hvacbizpro and emailed over - stated that she is going to call good leap

Arrived to thermostat set to 69* reading 72* due to homeowner running stove to warm up downstairs. Checked temperatures upstairs and downstairs and found a 5* difference upstairs being warmer. This is normal for 2 story homes that don’t have zoning or dampers. Informed homeowner of 5* difference and the only way to make upstairs and downstairs the same is with zoning but we could use dampers to give her more comfort. Homeowner wants estimate to install dampers. Need to have the comfort advisor who quoted her new system to quote dampers if possible.

Took screen lock off of thermostat, answered homeowner’s questions about how to operate the thermostat. Talked to homeowner about the hole in the drywall she decided to have her plumber repair it while he is repairing the other 2.

Removed old equipment and installed new Rheem 3.5 ton full gas system. Installed 2 new return boxes, new emergency drain pan, new pan water safety switch, new coil water safety switch, new 10” return with new 14x20x1 filter grille, new thermostat, and new composite pad for outdoor unit. Reconnected supply plenum, high voltage, low voltage, drain line, gas line, vent pipe, and return ducts. Tested system operations in heating and cooling, set proper charge.
