Completed 2 system Heat maintenance on furnace. Both furnaces are operating properly at this time. Replaced filters. Both furnaces are old Trane furnaces, I recommend replacing.

Refrigerant pressures and temperatures are appropriate for outdoor and indoor weather conditions. Photo and maintenance checklist attached. Indoor blower capacitor was weakened, homeowner decided to replace.
