Christian and Jalen spent 2 days at our home replacing 4 units. They were both very respectful and worked very diligently to make sure he had working furnaces and AC units each day. Any mess made was cleaned up. Jalen even fixed the landscaping around the AC units before he left. The extra attention to detail is very much appreciated. Thank you for our warm home and look forward to a cool house in the summer.

Completed 2 system cooling maintenance, upstairs operating properly at this time. The main floor is R22, at the moment it is operating properly but with the age the unit may have trouble keeping up on hot days, I would replace it asap. Replaced filters.

Arrived today due to 2017 Carrier not cooling/freezing which is responsible for the upstairs.Upon arrival thermostat was at 76° with a desired temperature of 70° confirmed the indoor & outdoor equipment were both fully operational.Once operation was confirmed began diagnostic on the indoor equipment the filter 20x25x1 was gently used with minimum discoloration the filter wasn’t replaced.Blower motor was fully operational not showing any signs of being intermittent or dropping out.Blower amps were checked finding them to be elevated indicating the motor has been placed under distress which cause some kind of damage.Capacitor was tested confirming it was in specifications.Blower wheel & indoor evaporator coil was inspected finding minimum discoloration but no clogging recommend having monitored to know when cleaning is necessary.Drain line was blew out/flushed confirming it was t clogged and properly draining.Flood prevention was tested confirming it was properly operating.Once finished

Performed a two system cooling maintenance on a 2021 Rheem & a 2011 Trane the ODT is 75°.Upon arrival tested operation of equipment confirming they were operational.Once operation was confirmed began evaluation on equipment there are four 16x25x2 and four 20x20x2 which were gently used each filter was replaced on this visit along with there is one A50 belt which was not replaced due to not being worn.Blower motor was fully operational not showing any signs of being intermittent or dropping out.Inspected blower wheel on each system finding RTU #1 to be dirty when a blower wheel gets dirty it minimizes the efficiency of equipment along with places a strain on parts and equipment a quote has been provided to clean blower wheel.Inspected evaporator coil on each system finding RTU #1 to have dirty evaporator coil when a evaporator coil gets dirty it minimizes the efficiency of equipment along with can affect the ability to cool properly a quote to clean coil has been provided.Tested capacit

Performed a three system cooling maintenance on two 2022 Carrier’s & one 2002 Carrier the ODT is 66°.Upon arrival tested operation of equipment confirming they were operational.Once operation was confirmed began evaluation on equipment there are six 16x25x2 which were gently used each filter was replaced on this visit along with there is one A36 belt which was worn the belt was replaced on this visit.Blower motor was fully operational not showing any signs of being intermittent or dropping out.Inspected blower wheel on each system finding RTU #2 to be dirty when a blower wheel gets dirty it minimizes the efficiency of equipment along with places a strain on parts and equipment unfortunately due to age do not recommend having performed due to being high risk for failure.Inspected evaporator coil on each system finding RTU #2 to have minimum build up.Tested capacitor on RTU #2 finding it to be extremely weakened if worsened will cause loss of ability to cool/heat a quote has been provide

Performed a 13 system cooling maintenance the ODT is 75° tested operation of equipment confirming indoor & outdoor equipment was fully operational.Once finished determining operation began evaluation on the indoor equipment there are two 18x25x1, ten 16x20x1 and one 20x20x1 they were discolored but not clogged each filter was replaced on this visit.Blower motor was fully operational not showing any signs of being intermittent or dropping out also inspected blower wheel and indoor evaporator coil was inspected on each system finding minimum build up will monitor to help guide knowing when cleaning is necessary.Drain line was blew out and flushed confirming it was not clogged and properly draining along with condensate pumps were tested confirming it was properly operating.SS1/SS2 and aqua guard safeties were tested confirming it was properly operating.Inspected wiring and connections not finding any broken, damaged or arced wires along with no loose connections.Once finished with evalua
