Leveled out the unit so that it is no longer leaning back. Removed wet insulation and replaced with new insulation. Tried spraying stain in bathroom with bleach water but was not effective. Paint started bubbling up. Will need to send someone to fix ceiling.

Installed new Rheem 92% 75k btu gas furnace with 3 ton evaporator coil and 3 ton a/c. Installed new supply plenum, new return plenum with 16x25x4 Honeywell f100 16x25x4 filter, new emergency drain pan, new pan safety switch, new coil safety switch, new supply damper, new bypass damper, new composite pad and new line voltage monitor with surge protector for outdoor unit. Reconnected high voltage, low voltage, drain line, gas line, vent pipe and all ductwork tested system operations in heating and cooling. Set refrigerant charge.

Removed old equipment and installed new Rheem 2.5 ton heat pump and 3 ton air handler. Installed new pan, safety switch, new coil safety switch and new thermostat. Reconnected supply plenum, return plenum, high voltage, low voltage, and drain line. Tested system operations, set refrigerant charge.
Today I arrived to club members property for error code EF1.COF. Mr Gaylloyd explained to me that he replaced his Trane thermostat with and Honeywell thermostat. I noticed common and blower thermostat wire was exposed also touching. I explained to Mr Gaylloyd about wires touching can cause faulty codes. I fixed wires and reset the furnace for 15 minutes and code was cleared. Also I replaced contactor due to bad coils on the side. I tested the contactor and received 1.0 on the side. Rewired the low voltage wires outside at the condenser unit because they was loose. Now system is working properly now.
Today I arrived to do ac maintenance on Mr & Mrs Turner units. Low level unit needs refrigerant because it’s undercharged and club member will call to set up appointment for the recharge on the main level unit. Also I explained to club member about the importance of cleaning their blower wheel and evaporator coil. The upper level needs to be cleaned.
Completed 2 system cooling maintenance, checked filters. Units operating properly at this time. Paid half of maintenance fee.
Arrived to thermostat off, SS1 water safety was tripped found drain line clogged, blew through drain line and tested drain. Drain is operating as designed. Other system also had a clogged drain line and water had over flowed the coil pan in to drain pan. Vacuumed water from drain pan and flushed drain line and tested, drain is operating as designed. Both systems are now functional and drains are operating as designed.
Low Freon, low side valve stem leaking,, tighten valve stem, checked, ok, added 2lbs R410A, unit operation properly at this time
Returned today to replace condensate pump on newly installed 2025 Rheem.Upon arrival removed malfunctioning condensate pump then installed new condensate pump after installation tested operation of condensate pump confirming its operation. Completed maintenance on system missed on previous visit performed a single system cooling maintenance on a 2005 Goodman the ODT is 80°.Tested overall operation of equipment confirming the indoor & outdoor equipment was both fully operational.The filter 20x25x2 was discolored and clogged the filter was replaced on this visit.Blower motor was fully operational not showing any signs of being intermittent or dropping out.Capacitor was tested confirming it was in specifications.Blower wheel was inspected finding it to be dirty when a blower wheel gets dirty it minimizes the efficiency of equipment along with places a strain on equipment and parts which shortens the lifespan of both a quote has been provided to clean blower wheel.Indoor evaporator coil w

Any mess made was cleaned up. Jalen even fixed the landscaping around the AC units before he left. The extra attention to detail is very much appreciated.
