Gave verbal of $12,000 - $10,000 and said not in his lifetime - gentleman is in his 90’s - sent him to H&C Services to try to repair his Singer equipment which dates back to 1972 (belt driven 20kw air handler with ac only)

DCM1: AC complete, homeowner replaced (1)16x25x4 filter in June. System is fully functional and operating within manufacturer specifications at this time. Refrigerant pressures and temperatures are appropriate for indoor and outdoor weather conditions. Temp split 16*. Photos and maintenance checklist attached.

Upon arrival Heat struggling to keep up, at 75 degrees upon arrival, unit was going out on high limit, filter (1) was not changed since 2022 filter B was not changed since 2020, replaced (2) 20x20x1 filter, increased blower speed in heating mode, system is operating properly at this time.
