I visited the site to address the connectivity issues with the customer's cell phone and iPad. Upon arrival, I conducted a thorough diagnostic to identify the root cause of the problem. After analyzing the network settings and hardware, I determined that the issue was due to a faulty router. I replaced the router and reconfigured the network settings to ensure optimal performance. Additionally, I provided a detailed quote for the replacement and configuration services, which I will email to the customer shortly.

I began by removing the old HVAC equipment, ensuring all components were safely and properly decommissioned. I then installed a new Rheem 5-ton heat pump and air handler, ensuring all connections were secure and efficient. A new return plenum was added, equipped with a 20x25x4 filter to enhance air quality. I also installed a new emergency drain pan, a pan safety switch, and a coil safety switch for added safety. A 24v UV light was added to prevent microbial growth, and a new thermostat was installed for precise climate control. Additionally, I installed a composite pad for stability and a line voltage monitor with a surge protector for the outdoor unit. All supply and return plenums, high and low voltage connections, drain lines, and return drop ducts were reconnected. I thoroughly tested the system in both heating and cooling modes, ensuring optimal performance. Finally, I set the refrigerant charge to the correct levels.

We provided a comprehensive quote for a residential service, detailing all necessary tasks and associated costs. After the client reviewed and approved the quote, we emailed it back for their records. Our team then executed the service efficiently, ensuring all work was completed to the highest standards.
