Duct and dryer vent cleaning complete. Cleaned all return grills and return ducts in the home. Cleaned return plenum and filter box. Reattached all return ducts after cleaning. Cleaned dryer vent and behind dryer. Reattached dryer vent. Noticed that the dryer vent is not properly vented gave homeowner estimate to properly vent the dryer. Replaced 20x25x1 filter and recommend to run fan on for 48 hours. Photos of duct and dryer vent cleaning attached.

Completed 3 system Heat maintenance, replaced filters, all’s good operating properly at this time. The upstairs heat pump is very old, recommend replacing.

DCM1: Heat complete, cleaned filter. Upon arrival homeowner told me her room temperature was not the same as her thermostat, verified with hygrometer that thermostat temperature was the same as her bed room temperature. System is fully functional and operating properly at this time however found duct work issues scheduled a comfort advisor to come out Thursday 10-11am to look at duct work, dehumidifier and proper sizing. Photos and maintenance checklist attached.
