Upon arrival no heat on system #1 unit is a dual fuel, outdoor HP fan capacitors is extremely out of range 7.5MFD reading 1.6 likely outdoor fan may be intermittently working, for gas system switched over into emergency heat, found gas cock in halfway positive likely caught on bag or pants legs when exiting attic on last visit, homeowner stated insulated was recently blown in could’ve been from them also, opened all the way tested gas heat, fired up everything is operating properly at this time. Replaced out of range capacitor, tested operation everything is operating properly at this time.
