Arrived to thermostat rebooting. Turned thermostat to off and tested fan on, fan was operating through thermostat. Turned thermostat to cool and thermostat would go blank and restart the rebooting process. Checked outdoor contactor and found contactor reading .72 ohms. Replaced contactor and tested system through thermostat. System and thermostat are both functioning at this time. Temp split 17*.

2 system furnace maintenance, checked both systems, blower motors, inducers, igniters all within specifications for amp draws. Cleaned flame sensors, drains are clear, heat and water safeties are working as intended. Checked both filters they are clean. Temp splits are included on forums. Both systems are pretty clean. Systems are running correctly and efficiently at departure.

DCM2: AC complete, replaced (2)16x25x4 filters. Both systems are fully functional and operating within manufacturer specifications at this time. Refrigerant pressures and temperatures are appropriate for indoor and outdoor weather conditions, temp split 16*. Photos and maintenance checklist attached.

Arrived to outdoor unit not working, checked capacitor (355) reading .021 on both sides. Replaced 355 capacitor (reading 35/4.9), checked amp draws RLA 11.7- 6.2, FLA .77- .62. System is cooling at this time temp split 17*. Photos attached.
