Removed old equipment and installed new Rheem 92% gas furnace with 3 ton a/c and evaporator coil. Installed new return plenum with 16x25x4 filter, new coil safety switch and new composite pad for outdoor unit. Reconnected supply plenum, all return ducts, high voltage, low voltage, drain line, gas line, and vent pipe. Tested system operations in heating and cooling. Set proper charge.

Call for Home Inspection, Performed Home Inspection and tested operation, system did energize in Heat and Cool modes, noticed that the return grills and ducts is extremely dirty and impacted, the filter was plugged, the blower is very dirty and negatively affecting airflow, did a safety inspection on the Heat Exchanger, and found it is Compromised with Multiple cracks in the Heat Exchanger. Tested in A/c mode but with the low temperatures pressures aren’t as accurate. Replaced Thermostat at Mitch’s Request thermostat would not Turn off the blower. Due to age, condition, efficiency, safety, and amount of issues it is recommended to replace and upgrade system.
