Arrived to do heat maintenance, noticed return plenum fallen apart and not properly sealed around whole unit, no filter found. Recommend comfort advisor to talk about fixing plenums, sealing system properly and adding filter box, plus additional problems he might find. Photos attached. Checked for carbon monoxide in the home 0ppms at this time. Friday 10-11

Upon arrival no AC on main floor system, found unit has bad condenser fan motor, ordered motor at Lithia Springs, she is free all day Friday anytime works for her, system is not operating at this time. Confirmed price.
