Magnet for eev fell off causing unit not to meter and shut off. Reset unit, reattached, checked Freon and temperature, alls good. Unit operating properly now. Pictures included

Leak searched indoor and outdoor units. Had to add nitrogen to pressurize system due to how low the system was on R410A. Once pressurized found leak on indoor Hyperion coil. Videos of leak attached. No leaks found at outdoor unit or any brazed joints. Talked to homeowner about replacing indoor coil under warranty and adding 4lbs of R410A to system.
Arrived to system in a hard lock out. Cycled power and turned system on found system is low 2-3lbs of R410A. System will not cool at this time due to system being low on refrigerant. Will need to leak search system to locate leak and then repair. System is 7 years old warranty expired in 2023. Spoke with homeowner and she decided to wait. Spoke with Kieth about the 5 year warranty he said we need to double check that it isn’t supposed to be a 10 year warranty and then will let homeowner know.
Arrived to failed Supplemental Heat Kit Disconnect high and low voltage connections. Removed failed heat kit and installed new heat kit. Connected high and low voltage and tested system. Heat kit functions as designed. Total system amp draw of 41.1A Dobbs Club Member 2 Year Part and Labor
DCM2 complete; Heat; (3) F14141, (2) F14201 replaced. All systems are fully functional. All components are operating within manufacturer specifications. Gas pressures and temperature rises are within design parameters. Heat checklist attached.

Refrigerant pressures and temperatures are appropriate for indoor and outdoor conditions. Upstairs unit is functional. Arrived to do heat maintenance, noticed return plenum fallen apart and not properly sealed around whole unit, no filter found. Recommend comfort advisor to talk about fixing plenums, sealing system properly and adding filter box, plus additional problems he might find. Photos attached. Checked for carbon monoxide in the home 0ppms at this time. Friday 10-11
Completed condenser fan motor replacement for main floor system. Tested system operation’s, system is now operating properly at this time. Completed warranty return form.
Tightened up PVC Union, turned system on watched for 10 minutes, Union did not leak and more water.
