Upon arrival no heat, tested system operation’s, switched to heat and compressor would kick on in AC mode. Unit is straight cool and should not run in winter season, Checked thermostat W(heat) wire was not hooked up, hooked up wire, thermostat is for a heat pump application and unit is not a heat pump, heat only works properly when set to emergency heat, tested operation everything is operating properly at this time.

Call for system frozen, on arrival system was off, turned on and checked operation system appeared to be running normally while on location let system run for 30 mins and had no issues, pictures are attached system may have a intermittent issue that’s not showing itself while on location.
