Today I installed new non fuse disconnect box and pvc line for condensation line. Customer wants surge protection.
For today I worked on Ms Pamela units today. I acknowledge there were several issues I noticed and made Ms Pamela aware. She wants to follow the estimates with discuss an wants to be on the schedule tomorrow morning for her repairs. I discovered no safeties and Also arch indoor capacitor. I repaired it, everything else was just fine just have to replace the things we discussed.
Completed cooling maintenance on main unit and mini split. Main floor unit is very low Freon. Gave quote for leak check and coil replacement. Also comfort specialist coming to quote replacing system.
Performed a single system cooling maintenance on a 2020 Goodman the ODT is 69°.Tested overall operation of equipment confirming the indoor & outdoor equipment was both fully operational.The filter 16x25x1 was discolored along with clogged the filter was replaced on this visit.Blower motor was fully operational not showing any signs of being intermittent or dropping out.Blower wheel was inspected finding it to be dirty when a blower wheel gets dirty it minimizes the efficiency of equipment along with places a strain on equipment and parts which shortens the lifespan of both a quote has been provided to clean blower wheel.Inspected indoor evaporator coil finding it to be dirty when a indoor evaporator coil gets dirty it minimizes the efficiency of equipment along with can affect the ability to heat/cool properly a quote has been provided to clean indoor evaporator coil.Inspected wires and connections not finding any broken, damaged or arced wires along with didn’t find any damaged or loo
Replaced warranty Indoor coil. Removed old coil, leak checked and pulled vacuum. Charged with R410A freon to factory specs. Checked delta t. Unit operating at factory specs.

Found wiring to pwr switch for furnace loose causing furnace to only operate intermittently. Repaired wire, unit operating properly at.
Installed SS2 water safety and tested water safety. Water safety is operating properly. Spoke with homeowners and helped set there thermostats to preferred temperatures. System is operating at this time.
DCM2: AC complete, replaced (4) 20x25x4 and (2) 20x25x1 filters replaced A35 belt. Both systems are functional and operating within manufacturer specifications at this time. Systems are R22. Refrigerant pressures and temperatures are appropriate for indoor and outdoor weather conditions. Due to age of equipment multiple part failure is possible at anytime. Maintenance checklist attached.
