Code on main thermostat is caused by the upstairs zone thermostat, zone thermostat is bad and needs replaced. Pictures of model number and of stat is in photos.

2 system cooling maintenance. All units operating properly. The main floor unit is R22, needs to be replaced due to lack of Freon availability and age and efficiency. It also has a weak dual capacitor, recommended replacing but owner does not want to at this time.
