DCM3: AC complete, replaced (2) 20x25x1 and 16x20x1 filters. Systems are all functioning at this time and operating within manufacturer specifications but due to age of systems multiple part failure is possible at anytime. Refrigerant pressures and temperatures are appropriate for indoor and outdoor weather conditions. Photos and maintenance checklist attached.

DCM3 :Service 2 of 2, Heat, Changed F(2)20x25x1, (1) F16x20x1 Performed Heating Maintenance Per Checklist, found the barn barn unit is not running due to the air handler disconnect was bypassed and had burnt up, system has 10kw Heat strips and according to the manufacturer it appears that system needs 6 gauge wire and not 8 gauge and a new disconnect. Other system is running at this time but due to age and condition multiple part failure is possible at anytime.

Call for water in crawl space, system was running on arrival found that in the crawl that the duct work was dripping with water due to high humidity in crawl space, tested condensation pump and it did pump full gallon of water, air handler did have condensation on it but water was not coming out of it while I was on location, checked operation and system is running at this time, talked with Karen about findings and she wanted the condensation pump replaced and with her permission replaced pump, due to age, condition, and amount of moisture around, on and in the system multiple part failure is possible at anytime.
