DCM3: Heat complete, replaced (2) 16x25x1, (1) 14x25x1 filters and checked 16x25x4 filter. Main floor system is fully functional and operating within manufacturer specifications at this time. Found compromised heat exchangers on upstairs and basement systems. Basement system is 25+ years old and is operating on R22 refrigerant. Replaced upstairs heat exchanger and added return plenum about 3 years ago, need to have office member or Keith reach out to homeowner. Homeowner also wants to set up comfort advisor when speaking to office member/Keith.

Reset filter on thermostat. Found 4 floor vents closed, opened them so correct airflow

Checked furnace, found board intermittently not allowing furnace to operate, also found blower wheel dirty, 16x25x1 filter was clogged so I replaced, also needs to have maintenance performed. Board needs replaced. Estimates included. Requested comfort Advisor to come out.

Replaced indoor cooling coil- Removed existing cooling coil and installed new one, pressure tested system and pulled vacuum. Added R410A and tested system. System is cooling and operating properly. Due to outdoor temperature being below 60* was unable to confirm proper charge. Will need to confirm on ac maintenance. Replaced damper motor and tested damper, damper is operating properly and opening/closing as designed.
