Programmed thermostat so temperature settings can lower to 50 and raise to 90. Cycled unit,operating properly.
Turned power off at electrical panel, removed existing disconnect. Inspected wires all wires are appropriate and intact. Installed new disconnect wired in line side with wires coming to disconnect and load side with wires leaving disconnect. Turned power back on at electrical panel and confirmed proper voltage to disconnect and proper voltage to condenser. Added silicone around disconnect to help prevent water and bugs from getting in. DCM2: AC complete, checked (2) 16x25x4 filters. Turned off humidistat and water to humidifier. Both systems are fully functional and operating within manufacturer specifications at this time. Refrigerant pressures and temperatures are appropriate for indoor and outdoor weather conditions. Found drain line clogged used vacuum to unclog drain and flushed drain with water. Drain line is operating as designed. Maintenance checklist attached.

Removed blower wheel, blower motor and cage. Washed blower wheel and cage with water and coil cleaner (works on fan blades per manufacturer). Wiped motor wires and blower cabinet down. Carefully removed coil from furnace and washed coils with coil cleaner and water. Used trash backs and vacuum to keep water out of furnace. Covered all electrical to prevent water issues. Flushed drain line and drain pan. Put coils back in place and resealed coils, placed blower motor back in furnace and tested system in heat and ac, fan is operating properly during both. Sealed back of supply plenum with mastic and tape. Talked to homeowner we didn’t have time to complete disconnect, will need to return. Photos of cleanings are attached.
Performed a single system cooling maintenance on a 2021 Rheem the ODT is 70°.Tested overall operation of equipment confirming the indoor & outdoor equipment was both fully operational.The filter 20x25x1 was discolored along with clogged the filter was replaced recommend replacement of filters more frequently.Blower motor was fully operational not showing any signs of being intermittent or dropping out.Blower wheel was inspected finding it to be dirty when a blower wheel gets dirty it minimizes the efficiency of equipment along with places a strain on equipment and parts which shortens the lifespan of both a quote has been provided to clean blower wheel.Inspected indoor evaporator coil finding it to be dirty when a indoor evaporator coil gets dirty it minimizes the efficiency of equipment along with can affect the ability to heat/cool properly a quote has been provided to clean indoor evaporator coil.Inspected wires along with connections not finding any broken, damaged or arced wires a

Upstairs system is operating within manufacturer specifications however system was slightly overcharged from recent coil replacement removed about 6oz of R410A refrigerant. Checked pressures and temperatures they are appropriate for indoor and outdoor weather conditions. Main floor system is operating within manufacturer specifications and refrigerant pressures and temperatures are appropriate for indoor and outdoor weather conditions. Found gas valve not closing all the way allowing gas to leak from manifold/burners. Getting 2.1 on outlet with system off. Turned system on and opened and closed gas valve continuously. Checked for gas again none leaking. Gas valve wasn’t closing all the way however now it is, unsure how long valve will remain proper before slightly opening again. Part warranty 05/2030.
