Arrived to replace old single wall flu vent with Double Wall flue vent Photo attached
DCM2: AC complete, checked (3) 16x25x4 filters. Both systems are fully functional however not operating within manufacturer specifications due to indoor capacitor on basement system being out of tolerance and outdoor capacitor on main floor system being out of tolerance. Refrigerant pressures and temperatures are appropriate for indoor and outdoor weather conditions. Photos and maintenance checklist attached.
DCM2: A/C complete, replaced (2) 16x25x1 and (1) 16x25x4 filters. Both systems are fully functional and operating within manufacturer specifications at this time. Refrigerant pressures and temperatures are appropriate for indoor and outdoor weather conditions. Temp split 17* main floor and 16* upstairs. Noticed flue vent rusted out recommend replacing both flue vents due to hole in one and other starting to form rust. Recommend replacing with double wall instead of single wall to better insulate flue.
DCM2 Complete: Filters (12) 12x24x2, (2) 20x20x1 and Belt (1) BX83 has been changed. All systems are fully functional all components are operating within manufacturer specifications. Refrigerant temperatures and pressures are appropriate for indoor and outdoor conditions. Class room unit drain was tilted up causing system to drain into secondary drain pan. Vacuumed water from secondary drain pan and corrected the orientation. System is draining properly now.
Removed old equipment and installed new Rheem 5 ton evaporator coil and A/c unit. Installed new coil safety switch and new composite pad for outdoor unit. Reconnected high voltage, low voltage, drain line and supply plenum. Tested system operations, set charge.

Main floor system is extremely low on R22 refrigerant. Saturation temp in indoor coil is 6*. Superheat is 64* Factory charge on unit is 10 lbs with an additional 3 lbs to account for line length and evaporator. Homeowner request quote to replace coils. Furnace is 7 years old and may be compatible with some cooling equipment.
DCM2 complete; Heat; (3) F16254 replaced. Systems are fully functional. All components are operating within manufacture specifications. Gas pressure and temperature rise are within design parameters. Heat checklist attached.
