Performed a four system cooling maintenance on four 2023 Lennox ODT is 83°.Tested overall operation of equipment confirming the indoor & outdoor equipment were both fully operational.There is three 16x25x4 & one 20x20x5 which were discolored and clogged a quote has been provided to replace with approval replaced all four inch filters on this visit.Blower motor was fully operational not showing any signs of being intermittent or dropping out.Blower wheel was inspected finding it to be dirty when a blower wheel gets dirty it minimizes the efficiency of equipment along with places a strain on equipment and parts which shortens the lifespan of both a quote has been provided to clean blower wheel.Inspected indoor evaporator coil finding it to be dirty when a indoor evaporator coil gets dirty it minimizes the efficiency of equipment along with can affect the ability to heat/cool properly a quote has been provided to clean indoor evaporator coil.Inspected wires along with connections not find

DCM3: AC complete, replaced (2) 16x25x1 (1) 16x20x1 and dehumidifier filters washed 2 washable filters. All systems are operating properly at this time. Upon arrival homeowner had concerns about his dehumidifier keeping up with the humidity. Humidistat was set to 35% and reading 45% talked to homeowner and told him if he wants he’s humidity percent in the 30s he is going to have to run his system at a cooler temperature. Thermostat was set to 80 cool. Now set to 74. Humidifier itself is operating properly removing .4lbs of water. Mini split is operating properly. Upstairs, main floor and basement systems are fully functional and operating within manufacturer specifications, refrigerant pressures and temperatures are appropriate for indoor and outdoor weather conditions. Arrived today to perform heat exchanger inspection with Keith on 2012 Trane which is responsible for the upstairs.Used inspection camera through the high limit along with removed indoor evaporator coil finding normal wear/tear on exchanger with only one area showing minor concern but not enough to condemn equipment.After inspection re-sealed the indoor equipment with clear caulk and mastic then re-attached flue pipe
