Gas pressure and heat rise are within design tolerances. When we return in spring, need to bring (3) BluQR replacement UV bulbs. DCM1 complete; Heat; (1) F16251 replaced. System is fully functional. All components are operating within manufacturer specifications. Gas pressure and temperature rise are within design tolerances. Increased fan speed in heating to Tap 6 to reduce heat rise and increase life span of system.
DCM2: Changed (1)16x20x1 (1)16x25x1 Systems are fully functional and operating within manufacturer specifications with a heat rise of 48 degrees on both.
DCM2: Heat complete, replaced (2) 14x25x1 filters. Both systems are fully functional however are not operating within manufacturer specifications due to indoor blower capacitors being out of range (5+-10% 4.2, 5+-10% 4.3). Noticed there is no water safety on the upstairs unit offered homeowner water safeties and capacitors, he declined. 0ppms of carbon monoxide in the home. Maintenance checklist attached.
DCM3: Heat complete, replaced (3) 16x25x1 filters. Opened water valve and damper to humidifier, set humidistat to 40. All systems are fully functional and operating within manufacturer specifications at this time. 0ppms of carbon monoxide in the home. Maintenance checklist attached. Main floor blower motors amp draws rise to 18amps on startup but drop to 8amps after running. Bearings could be starting to wear or the motor could be starting to fail. However blower motor is operating at this time.
DCM1: Heat complete, replaced 16x25x1 filter. System is fully functional and now operating within manufacturer specifications at this time. 0ppms of carbon monoxide in the house. Maintenance checklist attached. Indoor capacitor was out of range however still starting (7.5+-10 6.1). Homeowner decided to replace 7.5 capacitor. Replaced capacitor and checked amp draws, capacitor is operating properly.
