CCM1 Service 2 of 3 Heat completed changed (4) 16x16x2 filters, tested system operation’s everything is operating properly at this time attached is Heat maintenance checklist. Found water leak from plumbing above ceiling took picture please send over so the can get a plumber to fix issue.

Checked bath fans for airflow, performed a smoke test and the bath fans did exhaust the smoke, checked all 7 fans a few were set to 50 CFM all are now set to 70 CFM, to get anymore out of them they will have to be converted to 220v. While on location I noticed that the wearhouse had a few roof leaks.

Finished venting out warehouse bath fans. Checked office bath fans and all bath fans are not running at proper speed even after switching fan speed. Bath fans are getting 120v. Not sure what the issue is.

Removed old equipment in attic and installed new rheem 1 1/2 ton a/c with 2 ton evaporator coil and 50k btu gas furnace. Installed new return plenum with 16x25x1 filter, new emergency drain pan, new pan safety switch, new coil safety switch, new thermostat, new 8” return in bedroom, and new composite pad for outdoor unit. Reconnected high voltage, low voltage, drain line, gas line, vent pipe, supply plenum, and return duct. Tested system operations in heating and cooling, set proper charge.
