The technician went about doing his inspection and repairs in a professional manner. He had to replace a part and explained the reasons for it. He even cleaned out a rats nest and a very dead rat from our air conditioner unit out back.

1 system maintenance, cooling. Started operations on cooling, indoor blower is within correct specs. Drain is clear. Upon servicing outside condensor I could tell the compressor was sounding rough, charge was reading equal on high and low side, checked run capacitor it was out of range on compressor terminals, replaced outdoor run capacitor started system up again and pressures came back to correct correlation with outdoor ambient temps. Checked compressor, fan and contactor all within manufacturer specs. Cleaned out rats nest out of condensor and cleaned Condensor inside and coils. System is running correctly and efficiently at this time.

House has 3 systems, furnace for right side of house 2016, furnace for upstairs, 2017 and heat pump for master bedroom, 2024. Checked operation of all units. Furnaces- checked temperature,exchangers, thermostats, burner assembly, flame sensors, ignitors, inducer motors,blower motors,wiring, drains, gas connections, gas valves, safeties. Air Handler- checked amps, temperature,thermostat,blower motor,auxiliary heat, drain,wiring. Checked duct work and return. AC- checked amps, connections, capacitors, pressures, voltage, coils. Upstairs accessibility is in attic above bed scuttle hole. Access needs to be replaced. At this time all 3 systems are operating at the correct manufacturing specs. Office will collect.
