Upon arrival went to indoor unit. Found condensation pump full of water and alarm triggered. Condensation pump was not pumping however system was still running. Condensation pump and safety had failed. Replaced condensation pump and wired in safety’s. Pump was not level, leveled pump and tested pump. Condensation pump is operating properly at this, system is cooling. Vacuumed up water in crawl space. Photos attached.

Replaced indoor blower motor Mar 26, adjusted new motors cooling fan speed from Hi to M-Low
Disconnected low and high voltage from fan motor. Removed existing fan housing and indoor blower motor. Separated blower motor from fan housing. Vacuumed loose dog hairs and cleaned off light dust found on the fan blades. Assembled new blower motor and fan housing, installed components into the furnace. Connected high and low voltage to the fan motor and tested system. System functions as designed in cool, heat, fan modes Trane EMC Motor Price is for Labor only, part is under warranty Dobbs Club Member 2 Year Part and Labor Non Club Member 1 Year Part and Labor Commercial 1 Year Part and Labor
Arrived to continuous fan operation with no call present. Indoor blower motor is an ECM constant torque style motor Removed “G” wire from furnace control board, fan continued operation. Removed all low-voltage speed taps from ECM module, fan continued operation. Fan control module has failed on a closed circuit, fan operates continuously Speed modulates properly when call for heat or cool. Will have to replace ECM blower motor to correct the fault.
