System #1 : ( Master / Upstairs ) Outdoor TXV has failed closed / clogged. Not allowing proper amount of refrigerant into the outdoor coil. Photo attached. Tested in cooling, charge is correct System #2 : ( Main Floor ) System needs a flapper / one way damper on the dehumidifier. When dehumidifier isn’t running, it’s acting like a bypass with the unit pulling in 120* air from supply.
Spoke with homeowner over the phone. Thermostat had a screen lock asking for a code, walked him through how to delete the screen lock. Homeowner said it worked.
Raised fresh air pipe as high as possible. Fixed a couple registers
Replaced heat strips in AHU #1. Tested heat strips through thermostats, amp draws are in range. Heat strips are operating properly.
Faulty indoor TXV on zoned system. Need T6 3Heat/2Cool for master bedroom

Wired in and tested dehumidifier, functions as designed
Wired all low voltage to indoor units. Installed all water safety switches. Installed drain pan for dehumidifier. connected air intake to the dehumidifier. Reconnected supply pipe that we had to disconnect to install a filter cabinet. Will need: 10kw heat kit for 3 ton air handler 1 bag of 10” flex to connect supply air to dehumidifier Dehumidifier tstat Zone board for 2 ton system Vacuum all systems Start up
Installed all outdoor units. Left units pressurized with nitrogen at 160psi
Installed mini split in garage. Fixed all line sets took 3 hours.
