Service call. Customer states he believes there is a problem with his heat strips. Upon arrival i tested aux heat, system was not heating through strip heat. Checked all wiring, ohmed out heat strip coil, limit switches, everything is within spec. Found a couple loose dirty wires, cleaned and re crimped tested aux heat again with homeowner heat strips are working correctly. System is working correctly and efficiently at this time. Homeowner would like for us to reach back out at a later date for a ac tune up.
Install 2 set of hail guards on the 5 ton and 3 ton gas packs that were installed and did not come standard on commercial 3 phase systems. 5 ton is in stock with limited quantities 3 ton is approx. 2+ weeks for delivery. 2/27/25 installed 2 sets hail guards on 3&5 ton package units. Attached pictures.
Heat maintenance. Package unit. Checked compressor, contactor, run cap, heat strips, blower motor, outdoor fan all within manufacturer specifications. Drain is clear. Replaced filter. System is running correctly and efficiently at time of departure.
Moved gas lines from in front of exhaust vents.
Removed and installed 5 ton package unit and 3 ton package unit. Installed transitions to both return and supply plenum. Installed fresh air dampers. Reconnected high voltage, low voltage, drain lines and gas line on 5 ton unit. Will need to fix a broken brass flare nut on 3 ton gas line to be able to install gas line to package unit. Need correct LP kits to convert units to propane.

Performed heat maintenance on single system heat pump was a, checked filter, left filter, unit operating properly
Arrived to No Heat Thermostat was configured incorrectly. Thermostat was locking out heat pump at 35*. Aux heat was not energizing due to Rh terminal being active and not wired. Reconfigured thermostat and tested system in heat and aux heat. System functions as designed
