Arrived to No Heat Thermostat was configured incorrectly. Thermostat was locking out heat pump at 35*. Aux heat was not energizing due to Rh terminal being active and not wired. Reconfigured thermostat and tested system in heat and aux heat. System functions as designed

Unit was operating when I arrived. The customer stated that thu unit stopped working last night, she cut thermostat off and back on, it started heating. I cannot get it to replicate. I reset settings in thermostat and checked wiring,checked pkg. heat pump.

Arrived to heat pump not operating, adjusted and reset thermostat, unit is operating properly. If problem persist I recommend replacing thermostat.

The unit was cooling when I arrived,the thermostat has an alarm, A111_exv temp thermistor failure, I went to air handler and found condensation pump power source breaker off, turned on and condensation pump is operating,also found ptrap clogged, cleared, the inside of the air handler was full of water, the code went away, I told customer that if it continues we will need to replace temp thermistor.

DCM1 complete; AC; (1) F20251 replaced. System is fully functional. All components are operating within manufacturer’s specifications. Refrigerant pressures and temperatures are appropriate for indoor and outdoor conditions. AC checklist attached.

Call for blank thermostat on arrival thermostat was on, turned system on and checked operation it was good, checked condensation pump as it has the only safety to shut power off to system and it did pump but it could have a intermittent issue and not pumping every time. Homeowner wanted to wait at this time
