Did single system heat maintenance, furnace is very old I recommend replacing, operating properly at this time
The unit was cooling when I arrived,the thermostat has an alarm, A111_exv temp thermistor failure, I went to air handler and found condensation pump power source breaker off, turned on and condensation pump is operating,also found ptrap clogged, cleared, the inside of the air handler was full of water, the code went away, I told customer that if it continues we will need to replace temp thermistor.
DCM1 complete; AC; (1) F20251 replaced. System is fully functional. All components are operating within manufacturer’s specifications. Refrigerant pressures and temperatures are appropriate for indoor and outdoor conditions. AC checklist attached.
Call for blank thermostat on arrival thermostat was on, turned system on and checked operation it was good, checked condensation pump as it has the only safety to shut power off to system and it did pump but it could have a intermittent issue and not pumping every time. Homeowner wanted to wait at this time
DCM1 service 1 of 2 Heat completed changed (1) 16x20x1 filter, tested system operation’s everything is operating properly at this time attached is Heat maintenance checklist.
DCM1: Heat/Cool maintenance complete, replaced (2) 14x20x1 filters, system is fully functional and operating within manufacturer specifications at this time. Attached is Heat maintenance checklist.
Replaced suction line transducers under warranty, tested system operation’s everything is operating properly at this time, no current alerts are given.
Cleaned (4) return ducts with their respective plenum. Cleaned dryer vent for a total of 15-20 feet. Changed (1) 16x20x1 filter, left (1) 16x20x1 filter.
DCM1: Service 2 of 2, Heat, Changed (1) 16x20x1, Performed Heating Maintenance Per Checklist m system is running at this time.
Was ent the wrong part confirmed correct part with tony at apex, PO pickard, confirmed 1-5 on Monday for return.
