Performed a two system heating maintenance on two 2009 Gibson the ODT 60°Tested overall operation of equipment confirming the indoor equipment was operational.Once operation was Confimred began diagnostic on the indoor equipment the media filters were slightly used but not discolored or clogged the filter was not replaced on this visit. Blower motor was fully operational not showing any signs of being intermittent or dropping out.Capacitor was tested finding them to be out of specifications which is adding strain to blower motor along with if worsened can cause loss of functionality a quote has been provided to replace capacitors.Blower wheel was inspected finding it to be dirty when a blower wheel gets dirty it minimizes the efficiency of equipment along with places a strain on equipment and parts which shortens the lifespan of both a quote has been provided to clean blower wheel.Inspected indoor evaporator coil finding it to be dirty when a indoor evaporator coil gets dirty it minimi

Removed old evaporator coil and A/c for main floor/basement system. Installed new Rheem 4 ton evaporator coil and 3.5 ton A/c. Reconnected supply plenum, line set, and drain line. Installed new composite pad for outdoor unit. Tested system operations in cooling. Set refrigerant charge. Removed old evaporator coil and A/c for upstairs system. 2 system maintenance, cooling. Checked indoor blower motors both within spec. Drain lines are clear. Customer replaced their own filters. Cleaned outdoor condensors. After cleaning checked pressures both system on the verge of freezing up. See attached pictures. Have them set up with comfort specialist to return march 5th 130-230pm.
DCM2: heat complete, replaced (2) 16x25x1 filter’s recommended replacing more frequently to keep system and increase longevity. Both systems are fully functional and operating with in manufacturer specifications at this. Heat rise is appropriate and 0ppm of carbon monoxide in home. Maintenance checklist attached.
DCM1: A/C complete, replaced 1) 16x20x1. System is fully functional at this time, outdoor temperature is 50* making it difficult to get accurate charge readings due to this we will wave service call with repair if it is charge/refrigerant related. Maintenance checklist attached.

Upon arrival no AC, fuse was blown, replaced 5 amp fuse. Unit kicked on, checked contactor 14 ohms, checked low voltage wires and connections, unit is operating properly at this time.
