No Heat call, on arrival home was 54 degrees, found system not energizing, system had a blown fuse, checked heat pump for rub outs found none, unwired thermostat wire and fuse did not trip checked wire it was good, wired back in thermostat base and it did not trip but when putting thermostat back on fuse tripped immediately, thermostat is internally shorted blowing the fuse, replaced thermostat under warranty, checked operation system is running at this time.

Call for no a/c, on arrival system was off, turned on and found outdoor not energizing due to bad Dual Capacitor, replaced with homeowners permission system is running at this time.

DCM2 service 1 of 2 Heat completed changed (2) 16x25x1 filter, tested system operation’s everything is operating with upstairs system main floor system is not operational. Inducer motor is locked up and not operating on main floor system, WD40 was sprayed by from homeowner to try and free up, gas valve is covered with WD40 from spraying, if inducer motor was to be replaced, there is a high chance that the gas valve would need to replaced as well due to gas valve sticking when wet. System has noted leak of R22 Freon putting at minimum a pound a year, system should not leak Freon adding Freon only provides temporary comfort, R22 is no longer in production supply is declining once reserves are depleted replacement will be required. system is from 1992 and is 29 years old average lifespan is 10-15 years, due to age condition, type of refrigerant, would highly recommend replacement. Confirm 10-11 Friday November 3rd for comfort specialist. Attached is heat maintenance checklist.

Removed old furnace and installed new rheem 80% 75k btu gas furnace. Installed new emergency drain pan, new pan safety switch, new condensation pump, new return plenum with 16x25x4 filter, and new thermostat. Reconnected high voltage, low voltage, drain line, gas line, vent pipe, supply plenum, and return drop duct. Tested system operations in heating and cooling.

Three total systems for the property. One system is a split gas system with two mini splits. The furnace is a Goodman 80% gas furnace. The inducer motor on the furnace is making a lot of noise and is recommended to be replaced. The flue pipe is also single wall and is recommended to be replaced to double wall. Checked operating components of the furnace. Checked the garage mini split and it’s operations. The mini split in the bedroom in the basement was deemed to have a bad blower, previously. Customer stated that they had proceeded with repairs to that mini split. Advised customer that there is no way for us to give a date/time that the gas inducer motor could go bad.

Refrigerant pressures and temperatures are appropriate for indoor and outdoor conditions. Heat checklist attached. Tested cycle of function on (3) Gas heaters. Completed duct cleaning for 2 systems. Cleaned (3) upstairs return and (2) downstairs Returns. Changed filters and left and additional (2) filters, with homeowner to be changed in 3-6 months. Tested fan operations everything is operating properly at this time.
