DCM2: Heat complete, replaced 16x25x4 and washed mini split filters. System is fully functional and operating within manufacturer specifications at this time. System was going out on main limit/ aux limit, found closed supply’s and returns throughout the house opened them up, system is no longer going out on main limit. Mini split is operating within manufacturer specifications. Homeowner requested I look inside her outdoor unit because she heard a noise a couple months. Looked inside everything looked proper.

Both systems are fully functional however the upstairs system is not operating within manufacturer specifications due to indoor blower capacitor being out of range 7.5+-10 6.4. No signs of carbon monoxide in home and temperature splits are in range. Noticed upstairs system does not have a water safety recommend water safety to protect against water issues. Homeowner requested that I take a look at the systems refrigerant pressures, pressures and temperatures are appropriate for indoor and outdoor weather conditions at this time, will be able to give homeowner leak rate during his ac maintenance.

Both systems are fully functional and operating within manufacturer specifications at this time. No signs of carbon monoxide in the home and temp splits are in range. Homeowner mentioned upstairs nest thermostat keeps shutting on and off, tightened all thermostat wires. Thermostat operated properly for remainder of maintenance, told homeowner to give us a call if he has any more issues.
