Could only find where condensation drains and water from down spouts. One unit has a small amount of moisture in the back of unit. Looks like foundation leaking
For this job I worked on today. I maintenance 2 units 1 Raheem and 1 Trane. I noticed on the older unit which is the Rheem. I noticed the compressor was hot. I explained to Dan this is an older unit and it was an issue. I explained about having a comfort advisor to come bye and for the office to give him a call to schedule for Friday morning for the comfort advisor meeting. System Ned’s to be recharged. Trane unit check out okay. Inside furnace needs to be seen bye comfort advisor may needs to be place as well. Club members stated to call them for payment. They used there on filters too.

Completed cooling maintenance on ac and mini split. Checked filters, both units operating properly at this time
Removed old equipment and installed new Rheem 3 ton r-454b a/c with 3 ton evaporator coil and 80% gas furnace. Installed new media filter cabinet with 16x25x4 filter, new emergency drain pan, new pan safety switch, new coil safety switch, new condensation pump, new thermostat, new surge protector and new composite pad for outdoor unit. Reconnected supply plenum, return plenum, high voltage, low voltage, drain line, gas line and vent pipe. Tested system operations in heating and cooling, set refrigerant charge.
Completed cooling maintenance on 2 heat pumps. Filters. Units operating properly at this time
