Arrived to No Heat downstairs System had executed a zone self test and locked out the downstairs damper. Adjusted allowable airflow through zones and disabled future zone self test
Did 2 System heat maintenance. Upstairs is very old R410A but operating properly. The basement unit is very old R22, I recommended float switch for auxiliary drain pan, it doesn’t have one and the unit is very low Freon. I recommend replacing both heat pumps. Owner says he doesn’t want to move forward with replacement or repairs at this time.

DCM2: Heat complete, replaced 16x20x1 and 20x20x1 filters. Both systems are heating at this time. Upstairs system indoor coils and drain line are dirty. Scheduled comfort advisor to come out and go over options with homeowner. Tuesday 1-2pm. Maintenance checklist attached.
DCM1 complete; Heat; (1) F16254 checked. System is fully functional. All components are operating within manufacturer specifications. Gas pressure and heat rise are within design parameters. Heat checklist attached. Repaired floor vents upstairs

SS2 switch was tripped. Cleared drain line. System is functioning as designed. Drain line has very limited fall. If problem persist recommend installing a condensate pump.
