DCM1 service 1 of 2 Heat completed changed (1) 20x22x1 filters, tested system operation’s everything is operating properly at this time attached is Heat maintenance checklis.
Dropped off paper work and answer questions about thermostat and filter.
Cleaned (2) 10 in return ducts and (1) 8 in return duct, (5) boots and grilles, (3) pans and (1) drop duct
Removed old equipment and installed new rheem 3 ton full gas system. Installed new return plenum with 16x25x1 filter, new emergency drain pan, new pan safety switch, new coil safety switch, new condensation pump, new thermostat, and new composite pad for outdoor unit. Reconnected high voltage, low voltage, drain line, gas line, and supply plenum. Installed new vent pipe to furnace and water heater. Tested system operations in heating and cooling. Set proper charge.
DCM2 service 2 of 2 Heat completed changed (1) 20x22x1, (1) 16x20x1 filters, tested system operation’s. Main floor system blower capacitor is out of range 15MFD reading 13.1 failure of part would result in no airflow.everything is operating properly with basement system, however due to age anything is possible. Attached is Heat Maintenance checklist*.

Call for no heat, on arrival found that the furnace is 35 years old, the pilot light was out, due to age I performed a safety check on the heat exchanger and found that cell #2 was compromised, blower was extremely dirty and needs to be cleaned, due to age, condition, efficiency, and safety it is recommended to replace and upgrade system. Need to Call and Schedule a Comfort Advisor.

Returned to modify Return plenum that was blocking water heater, removed and installed, taped, duct sealed, and supported return plenum, pictures attached.
Call for system freezing up, system was off on arrival, turned on checked pressures system suction saturation was below freezing but SH and SC was normal let run and SH started climbing from 15 to 25, put system into heat mode and let run for 10 mins system ran normally, switched to cool mod and system looked normal, system appears to have a bad Indoor TXV it is recommended to recover refrigerant when doing repair and add new refrigerant system has 11 lbs of R410A, need to check warranty and send estimate, and schedule a Comfort Advisor to check duct work and system size.
