Programmed thermostat, operating properly
Club Membership for 2/26/2025-2/26/2026. Completed single system heat maintenance, replaced filter. Found new thermostat that owner had replaced wired wrong and when I wired it correctly the thermostat will not bring heat on. Jumped necessary wiring to operate heat pump. Operating properly. The thermostat needs replaced so system will operate. Owner said he will replace.
Addition heat pump is a 2009. The thermostat had a code showing outside unit. I checked and found mouse had shorted out system. Removed mouse, reset unit, cycled unit,operating properly at this time. The addition heat pump. Comfort specialist coming out to give quote on both Trane 2009 Heat pumps
Completed heat maintenance, operating properly, blower motor is dirty needs cleaned, auxiliary pan is rusted, needs replaced, wiring in air handler is moldy and rusted, needs cleaned and repaired. Estimate and pictures included
The gas is cutoff at meter and locked. Need to schedule to return and pressurize lines to find leak. $700 to pressurize and find leak additional charges for repair. Office will schedule
DCM1: Heat Complete, 16x25x1 Changed System is fully functional and operating within manufacturer specifications at this time. Heat rise of 48 degrees. no issues found
DCM1: Heat complete, replaced 16x25x1 filter. Recommend replacing filter more frequently to increase cleanliness and overall longevity of the system. System is fully functional and operating within manufacturer specifications at this time. 0ppms of carbon monoxide in the home. Maintenance checklist attached.

Arrived to No Heat downstairs System had executed a zone self test and locked out the downstairs damper. Adjusted allowable airflow through zones and disabled future zone self test
Did 2 System heat maintenance. Upstairs is very old R410A but operating properly. The basement unit is very old R22, I recommended float switch for auxiliary drain pan, it doesn’t have one and the unit is very low Freon. I recommend replacing both heat pumps. Owner says he doesn’t want to move forward with replacement or repairs at this time.
