DCM1: Heat completed. Spaceguard 2400 Changed System is fully functional and operating within manufacturer specifications at this time. Heat rise of 36 degrees.

DCM2: Heat complete, checked 16x25x4 filter and homeowner recently replaced 16x25x1 filter. Both systems are fully functional and operating within manufacturer specifications at this time. 0ppms of carbon monoxide in the home. Found main floor system was going out on high temp, adjusted blower speed to a higher setting and tested system. System is operating properly at this time and is no longer going out on high temp. Upstairs systems blower wheel is dirty (pictures added), system is from 2001 spoke with homeowner about repair and he decided because of the systems age he wanted to wait on the repair.

Both systems are fully functional and operating within manufacturer specifications at this time. 0ppms of carbon monoxide through the home. Zoning is operating properly. Maintenance checklist attached. Homeowner requested payment link sent to husband.

DCM 12: Heat complete, replaced (10) 14x25x1 and (2) 25x20x1 filters. All systems are functional and heating at this time, however, due to age of equipment multiple part failure is possible at anytime. Primed all p-traps to prevent methane from rising up drain lines. Previously identified capacitors being low on systems 6 and 7, capacitors are still out of range however blower motor is starting. No new issues found.

Completed single system heat maintenance on furnace, replaced filter, furnace operating correctly at this time

Arrived to system running but pressure switch not pulling in. Removed inducer hose and blew through inducer and pressure switch. System started. Scoped heat exchanger for cracks none found. Offered homeowner estimates to clean the rust out of his inducer motor to help prevent port from clogging again and 1 system maintenance. Homeowner asked for estimates to be sent over.

System #1: Is unable to heat. Fault 1: Tested refrigerant pressures and temperatures got a 4 degree saturation. System is leaking refrigerant at bottom of filter drier, System has some refrigerant in it but not enough to heat properly. Turned unit off to prevent damage on compressor. Fault 2: Part was initially identified March 2022. Checked for amps draws and got 0 on heat strips. Heat strips do not work, system does not have second stage heating. System #2: The Blowers door panel had fallen off and was absorbing outdoor air. Screwed door back onto place with better hardware.
