Addition Heat pump: HP outdoor condenser needs cleaned. Needs insulation on outdoor suction line Addition interior: supply grills mixed, 2&3 way grills. Drain pan rusted. 2 zone dampers inaccessible in knee wall space. Both working properly. May be accessible through back of closets but will have to cut Sheetrock out to do so. Zone board taped, face does not stay on well. Blower wheel needs cleaned. Heat checked and functioning. System low on refrigerant,410A. Refrigerant lines outside need re-insulated Main floor Furnace: Most supply registers 2 way. Screw in main drain line.heat checked and functional. System is Low on refrigerant, 410A. Blower wheel needs cleaned. Outdoor condenser needs cleaned Refrigerant lines outside need re-insulated Second floor Furnace: screw in main drain line. Furnace blower wheel needs cleaned. System low on refrigerant,410A. Outdoor condenser needs cleaned. Refrigerant lines outside need re-insulated Note:Estimate for refrigerant is appropriate
Removed faulty condenser variable speed motor, opened new motor and it is an indoor variable speed motor, will not work. Explained to home owner and informed office. Sent pictures of correct motor. Office needs to call customer.
Removed old equipment and installed new Rheem 3 ton heat pump, 3 ton evaporator coil with 80% gas furnace. Installed new return plenum with 16x25x4 filter, new emergency drain pan, new pan safety switch, new coil safety switch, new thermostat, new composite pad, and new line voltage monitor for outdoor unit. Reconnected supply plenum, high voltage, low voltage, drain line, gas line, vent pipe and return drop box. Tested system operations in heating and cooling, set refrigerant charge.

Completed single system cooling maintenance, replaced filters system operating properly at this time. The system is very old R22, talked with owner about replacing unit.
2020 Rheem Heat Pump has bad variable speed outdoor condenser motor. Needs replaced. Need to check warranty and give quote.
Completed cooling maintenance on 12 systems. Unit #4 has a bad contactor and a burnt wire. Unit is very old R22. Pictures of capacitor and wiring included. All other systems are operating as well as they can. All units are very old R22. They all need to be updated. All filters replaced.

Today i installed kickstart to club member Trane unit. I explained and showed Mr and Mrs Smith the kickstart and will return to install bracket to hold kick start. Everything is operating properly
