Replaced capacitor ($344) due to contract we will not charge for capacitor however if the contract falls through then homeowners will be responsible for replaced capacitor. Removed upstairs filter to ensure proper airflow.
Identified faulty 60 amp disconnect and 100 amp 3 pole breaker. System has no power Based on the heat strip kit ( Model# 2TP04523625 ) the breaker size should be 110 Amps, current breaker size is 100 Amps. Outdoor disconnect should also be rated for 110 amps, current disconnect size is 60 Amps. Line side wiring has sustained significant damage. There is limited availability of excess wire before going into the curb and down to the breaker panel. Recommend getting an electrician to possibly pull a new wire to replace the burnt wire.
